Precision Measuring Center
Model：klingelnberg P26
The fully automatic CNC-controlled P 26 precision measuring center is designed as a compact unit for the workpiece diameter range up to 260 mm. The machine is used to inspect cylindrical gears, pinion type cutters and shaving cutters, worms and worm wheels, hobs, bevel gears, general dimension, shape, and positional deviations of axially symmetrical workpieces, cam and camshaft measurement and rotor measurement.
CNC Internal Gear Tester
Model：Tokyo TTi-150E
The TTi-150E is able to measure the internal gear (mold core) after EDM. The measurements include the tooth profile, lead, pitch, and run-out of the internal gear. The scope of the gear module ranges from 0.2 to 0.4. The outside diameter can be up to 140 mm, and the inside diameter can be as small as 20 mm. We have the capability to monitor the variation of the electrode and mold core after EDM.
CNC Gear Tester
Model： Tokyo TTi-120E
A small probe goes into the space between two teeth and along the contour of the gear. We can identify the pressure angle error, helical angle error, pitch error, and run-out of the gears. It is a mandatory process before shipping.
Optical Microscope
Model：ARCS SVP-2010
Our ARCS microscope model has 500 times magnification power to inspect our products before they are shipped out. We are able to measure all tiny dimensions such as chamfers and fillets. Any burrs will also be detected by this equipment. With the IRCS, we can guarantee that the products we manufacture are free of errors.
